shop has machines of different capacities. These
include mechanical, hydraulic and high speed pneumatic
presses with automatic roll feed attachment to run
progressive dies. The unit produces stampings of
over 25 different types suited for varied applications.
Newer types are continuously added to meet the growing
and ever changing requirement of the industry. |

 The
company has it's own captive facility for pressure
die casting of rotors and other aluminium components.
A wide range of high quality 'SQUIRREL CAGE' rotors
also end covers for motors are being produced in
-house. Horizontal cold chamber die casting machines
from PTC are installed for the purpose.

 In-house
tool room is fully equipped with skilled workers
to manufacture new tools as well as maintenance
of existing dies.
